Reason for leaving: patient transitioned to memory ward due to escalating violence.

Two-week short stay with bereavement client – ADL / emotional support.

Sept 2020 – Apr 2021
Live-in Care for 88-year-old stroke patient: paralysis / hoists / aphasia / feeding support / medication administration / ADL / external care services coordination.
Simultaneously worked as
Behavioural Interventionist & Special Education Assistant for the Ministry of Children & Family Development with children aged 5, 9, and 13:
ASD/ ADHD / severe social anxiety.
Reason for leaving: Covid bubble ended; relocated to be nearer to mother.

Live-in for couple: (wife) Parkinson’s 4th/5th stage / dementia / swallowing issues/ severe bed sores / dressing management / medication management / external care services coordination / hospice care at home
