​ "I am not afraid of needles. However the thought of having several of them pinned in my skin is not exactly what I'd call enjoyable.
So I went to Jani's practice in Harley Street to try acupuncture for the first time ever. I told myself I've got to try out new things, to see what they are and how they work. 

I found Jani to be very professional, very friendly and I felt comfortable. She explained how things work and what we will be doing. Although having needles in by back is not something I am comfortable with....not yet at least....it was an amazing experience and I will be visiting her again soon. I believe it can enhance my performance when I compete in Karate competitions.

If you have ever considered acupuncture but, like me, you are a bit "hmmmm....not sure about them needles" I couldn't recommend Jani enough.
